We have produced both commercial underfloor insulation and residential underfloor insulation as a special order for a customer.  The commercial underlay was intended for use under timber flooring & laminates, it was a tri layer laminate including a Hessian layer, a thin, dense foam layer and finally a spunbond layer. The residential underlay was intended for use under carpet and was a softer, thicker foam with a plastic film laminated to one side to stop moisture ingress.
